Tony Allen - Chief Executive

Since joining his father in 1971, Tony's entrepreneurial spirit has ensured the steady growth of the A&A Group Ltd. He has led the Group through the changing landscape of the insurance market and his experience in building up a successful telesales business in the UK assisted him when he set up operations in France in 1996. Tony is dedicated to developing the Group further and is also actively involved in supporting a range of charitable causes.

Steve McPherson - Sales and Marketing Director

Steve has spent most of his working life in the insurance industry. In 1988 he formed Hyperformance and in 1990 Prestige, both with Tony Allen. Steve has formed excellent relationships a large number of insurers, which places the Group in a unique position when it comes to delegated authority. Steve's knowledge and standing within the industry means that the Group is able to underwrite business that many of its competitors are not.

Robert Taberner - Group Financial Director

Rob qualified with a top West End firm of chartered accountants in 1982. Post qualification he has had extensive audit and commercial experience. He joined the A&A Group executive team in 1997 to advise on, and manage the Group's financial affairs in order to ensure that its continued growth in the UK and Europe is properly controlled.

Steve Barnard - Operations Director

Steve has worked in the Insurance industry since 1966 and joined the A&A Group in 1992, after selling his own family run brokerage, where he employed over 100 staff. Steve's wealth of experience and organisational ability are key factors in the success of the group.

Dan Birchmore - IT Director

Dan is the current E-Commerce & IT director. He joined the group in 2007.
